Sports Weirdness
A football game built from scratch. Tactical, reactive, and focused on decisions that feel true to the sport.
Core systems are still in active iteration. The simulation keeps improving as we test and learn.
The goal is not just to look like football. The goal is to feel like football decisions actually matter from moment to moment.
Most football games are polished iterations of older assumptions. Modern Football starts by questioning those assumptions directly.
That means smarter simulation, cleaner tactical feedback, and gameplay that reacts like a sport with ideas in it, not just a bag of canned animations.
What if the AI understood shape, risk, and timing better? What if player behavior felt less scripted and more system-driven?
Those are the questions this project keeps circling while the systems mature.
The work right now is in the middle phase: systems development, experimentation, and steady reshaping whenever the simulation reveals a better idea.
When something is worth showing, it will land here first. Until then, the project gets the time it needs.
